A few projects that made it.

CASE 01

E-Learning Platform

The problem: A multi-disciplinary training center had gigabytes of course materials—PDFs, quizzes, videos—scattered and unused. Students couldn't access what they paid for.

The decision: I built a bespoke platform from scratch to centralize everything. Teachers organize content easily, and the system automatically facilitates learning paths and generates certificates upon completion.

The outcome: Transitioned from scattered files to a fully automated academy. Students now self-serve from their first lesson to their final certificate.

CASE 02

Enterprise Badge System

The problem: A global events company was processing 50,000 attendee badges by hand. Each event took four people three days.

The decision: They didn't need a web app. They needed a desktop tool that worked offline. So that's what I built—import, validate, generate, print.

The outcome: One person now does what four did. They've run dozens of events on it since.

CASE 03

Art Gallery E-commerce

The problem: An art collective was selling through Instagram DMs. No inventory, no payment processing, no idea what was selling.

The decision: MERN stack with Stripe. I focused on the gallery experience—big images, minimal interface. The admin tools had to be dead simple because they weren't technical.

The outcome: First $10k month within 8 weeks. They're still using it.

What I do

Web apps, usually with Next.js

Most of my work is full-stack web applications. I default to Next.js because I know it well and it handles most cases. If something else fits better, I'll say so.

Adding AI where it actually helps

I've integrated LLMs into a few products. Most AI features people ask for aren't useful. I'll tell you when yours is one of them.

Helping founders figure out what to build first

If you're non-technical and unsure where to start, I can help scope it. I've seen enough launches to know what can wait.

Fixing slow or broken apps

Sometimes the right move is a rewrite. Usually it isn't. I'll look at what's there first and tell you which.

What I don't

Visual design

I can implement designs and push back on bad ones. But I'm not going to make something look good from scratch. Bring a designer or a system.

Hourly billing

I quote fixed prices for fixed scope. Hourly incentivizes the wrong things. If scope changes, we renegotiate.

Landing pages with no product

I've turned down a few of these. If you just need a marketing site, I'm not the right person. I work better when there's something to build behind it.

Urgent work with vague requirements

I can move fast when I know what I'm building. 'We need this yesterday but we're still figuring it out' doesn't work for me.
